Florentina Valenzuela
April 15, 1930 - September 2, 2016
Florentina Ballesteros Valenzuela, 86, loving wife of Teodorico Datu Valenzuela passed away early September 2nd, 2016 in hospital. For the past few years she resided with her eldest daughter, granddaughter and family on a peaceful farm in Stouffville, Ontario.
She was born on April 15th, 1930 in Dingras Ilocos Norte, Philippines, daughter of the late Flaviano and Magdelena Ballesteros. Her survivors include children Conchita(Rhodanim), Ernesto(Wilma), Martin(Marlene), Leonora, Crispin(Christine), Elsa(Robert), her sisters Carolina and Priscilliana, her 28 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her two sons Orlino(Erlinda) and Medencio(Lolita), and infant daughter Mely Valenzuela.
Florentina was a strong, loving woman who worked hard in her life to provide her family with what they needed. She was always concerned for the wellbeing of her children and her entire family. Florentina was a believer who was fond of prayer, song, and devotion. She will be remembered most for her strength, kindness and everlasting love. She will be greatly missed.
